We are delighted to announce that we have been asked by Festival Republic, part of the Live Nation group, to work together with them during festival season 2018. SGFW is an all volunteer organisation dedicated to the prevention of sexual assault and harassment at live music events. We will have volunteers at most of the Festival Republic sites this year to talk with festival goers and encourage the following behaviours (PICK):

PROACTIVE – Challenge inappropriate behaviours

INTERVENE – Help people in trouble (if it’s safe to do so)

CONSENT – Prevent sexual violence by teaching consent

KNOWLEDGE – Know how to get help if you feel unsafe

Over the course of this festival season we are promoting our #ConsentRocks campaign as a way of engaging fans and creating a safer environment at live music events.
